Apartment Les Balmes is a spacious property in a superb ski-in, ski-out location, right opposite Sainte Foy's lifts.

Accessed directly from the resort's main nursery slope, the apartment has three bedrooms, plus an additional mezzanine level with a bedroom area above the living room, accommodating eight guests.

The star of the show is, of course, the balcony hot tub with its views of the nursery slope and chairlift. The apartment also has a large balcony at its other end with outstanding views across the Tarentaise Valley.

The property can be rented on its own for eight guests, or in conjunction with Apartment La Cascade directly next door. There is an adjoining double door linking the living areas of both properties, should you be looking for a combined self-catered option for up to 16 guests.

On the ground floor of the Apartment Les Balmes is a bright and comfortable living area, with a log fire and an adjoined open-plan kitchen and dining area. There is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the high ceilings and French windows leading out to the balcony mean there is plenty of natural light. The mezzanine-level bedroom is just upstairs.

Downstairs, on the lower floor of the property, you’ll find the sauna, separate toilet, and three bedrooms—one double and two twins, all of which are en-suite, with plenty of storage. The property also has its own ski room, UK TV, and Wi-Fi internet access.
