Here are both versions with Snow Carbon guidelines applied (removing Peak Retreats references, numbers under ten as words, ages kept as numerals, 4-star format): Long description: This newly built 4-star residence, opening December 2025, has 170 apartments and is located in the Serre Chevalier village of Villeneuve. An electric shuttle bus stops near the residence (150m away), providing access to the slopes in just five minutes. The main centre is just over a 10-minute walk, or reachable by shuttle bus. Apartment sizes range from one-bedroom apartments sleeping four to three-bedroom apartments sleeping eight: all are spacious, well-appointed and tastefully furnished. Each has a living area with pull-out sofa bed, TV with integrated Chromecast, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, plus a bathroom with bath or shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, separate WC and balcony.

Kids clubs:

Club Kids from 4 to 6 years old and Club Juniors from 7 to 10 years old, available all season. Monday-Friday 9am-12 noon and 2pm-5pm (meals not included). Some evenings from 7.30pm-9pm. Various activities such as mini disco, shows and games. Outside French school holidays: five days free! French school holidays: five free half-days, five additional half-days at €80.

Club Teens from 11 to 13 years old and Club Teenagers from 14 to 17 years old: during French school holidays. For 11 to 17 year olds: two outdoor activities offered and Squ@t free access - TV and PlayStation 5, Oculus Virtual Reality headset, loudspeaker and board games. From Monday-Friday at 5pm onwards: outdoor activities, prizes to be won, games and parties.
